I don't know about you, but the hotter it gets, the less hungry I am and the more I don't want to cook!!
That's when I break out the Vita-Mix and whip up some great summer smoothies. I start almost every day with a green drink called the Stomach Cleanser. My 2 year old son loves it, so you can be sure you will love it too!! Here is the recipe: Ingredients:
Directions: Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. *TIP! Freeze the ginger prior to using and it will blend more smoothly!
